REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address in Europe by:
Logging into the My Account/Order History section of the Website.
EXCHANGES
We offer you to exchange an item that you’ve purchased from TENAZ & PERTINAZ – UNIPESSOAL LDA within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging with tags attached and a proof of purchase is required to process the exchange.
In case your exchange request is cancelled due to stock issues or customer cancelation, a Gift Card will be issued and sent to your account email address which can be used online and in store.
CANCELLATION
You may contact us at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processed” on our online Order tracking system to cancel or change it. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund or (ii) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Returns process. in case of any cancelation from DYGITEC team. we will refund according to the refund policy : Gift card is refunded as gift card,Credit Card payments will be refunded to the Credit Card used to purchase your order, PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account.14
